Free Wi-Fi and local calls made staying connected easy, especially since I was juggling several commitments. The modern meeting rooms were equipped and spacious, providing a conducive environment for team discussions. On my downtime, I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and fitness center - a nice way to unwind after a day of meetings. Staff service was commendable, as they were always available and multilingual, which helped in making arrangements without any hiccups. I appreciated the lobby area, which provided complimentary newspapers, offering a quick update before heading out to Old Quebec. The hotel is conveniently located within a manageable distance to the charming Old Town, making it easy to explore during free time. Nearby restaurants were plentiful, adding to the overall experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Best Western for those looking for a practical base while traveling for business.
